Compact size and powerful features

As a wildlife photographer, I rely on powerful telephoto lenses. Wild animals can rarely be photographed from close range. With a longer lens, I can still have them fill the picture frame, giving the viewer the impression that he is close enough to touch the subject.
The photos I took with the 70-210mm F/4 look exceptionally vivid, almost three-dimensional.
I am impressed by the high resolution and the great bokeh effect – every hair is clearly visible against the soft, blurry background.

This weatherproof tele zoom has become my new universal lens. When exploring nature, I almost always have it on the camera. Despite its low weight, it offers me all the features that I expect from a professional lens. The autofocus is fast and silent; the VC image stabilizer ensures crisp pictures even in low light and when taking telephoto shots. In situations in which the 70-210 is not sufficient to get close enough, I can use a tele converter to extend the focal length. It’s as easy as that! I can’t imagine a telephoto lens that is more versatile!
