Tamron 50-300mm F/4.5-6.3 Di III VC VXD (Model A069)

The TAMRON 50-300mm F/4.5-6.3 Di III VC VXD (Model A069) is an attractive lens with a focal length range that starts from 50mm at the wide end, despite being a compact zoom lens covering up to 300mm at the telephoto end. The lens features a class-leading light weight of just 665g (23.5oz), preventing fatigue even if continuously carried around and making it even more ideal for anyone to use for daily photography. From indoor photography to outdoor shooting, it’s a convenient lens that enables you to take a wide variety of shots without having to swap lenses.

On this occasion I photographed various scenes, focusing on pets and animals. In addition to the ease of use provided by the 50mm starting focal length, which is in the standard focal range, it also features a short MOD (Minimum Object Distance), so you can keep shooting without issue even if a pet gets close to the camera. This is one of the benefits that ensures you won’t miss any shooting opportunities. The rendering performance of fine elements such as fur when zooming in on animals is excellent at any point in the zoom range, allowing you to shoot with confidence.

Thanks to the 300mm telephoto focal length, you can keep shooting pets and animals even if they move farther away, allowing you to capture natural expressions and gestures. The built-in VXD (Voice-coil extreme-torque Drive) linear motor focus mechanism provides fast and precise autofocus, and the effects of the VC (Vibration Compensation) mechanism make it easy to capture the dynamic movements of animals.
